CNC Gantry drilling machine is designed for drilling holes on connecting plates as manufacturing steel structures in the fields of construction and bridges.
Product structure:
The machine is consist of working table,lathe bed, gantry, drilling head, spindle, hydraulic system, electrical control system, chip conveyor, centralized lubrication system, cooling system and so on.
The characteristics:
1. The lathe base and gantry of this machine are welded structures from steel plate. The machine has undergone sufficient manual aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. Therefore, the dynamic and static rigidity is excellent, and the deformation is very small.
2. The movement of the gantry in the longitudinal direction is guided by two high load-bearing linear rolling guide pairs on each side of the base, providing flexible movement. The drive adopts AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for double-sided synchronous driving, to ensure the high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
5. The crossbeam of the gantry is equipped with a CNC movable sliding plate. The Y-axis movement of the power head sliding plate is guided by two linear rolling guide pairs, and the drive is driven by AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs to ensure high precision operation.
6. The power head adopts hydraulic vertical feed, with high low-speed torque and the ability to withstand heavy cutting loads.
7. High quality Fried Dough Twists drill can drill overlapping steel plates, max. Drilling thickness can go to 100mm.
8. On the working table there are 12 sets of hydraulic automatic clamper for the different thickness of plate, the maximum overlapping clamping thickness go to 100mm.
8. Control system adopt PLC+ Host computer, servo motor + ball screw synchronous dual drive.
It is equipped with RS232 interface, and the drilling coordinates can be directly converted from CAD/CAM, which facilitates programming, storage, display and communication.
The operation interface has functions such as human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm. The workpiece hole position can be automatically generated by keyboard or CAD floppy disk input.
